The Medium Combustion Plant Directive (MCPD): What you need to know
With the first compliance deadline fast approaching, ensure the MCPD is on your radar.
An estimated 24,000 facilities in England and Wales will be directly affected by the 2015 Medium Combustion Plant Directive (MCPD), which was quietly transposed into UK law earlier this year. The effects are broad and go far beyond the industrial sector. Even smaller combustion facilities will need to comply with stringent regulatory and emission requirements, and universities, hospitals, and schools may too. With the first compliance deadline fast approaching, ensure the MCPD is on your radar.
