The Town and Country Planning (Non-Material Changes and Correction of Errors) (Wales) Order 2014 amends the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. Non-material changes to planning permission may only be made when subject to an application. Errors in decision documents may be corrected without requiring specific consent.
