When your application is approved you’ll receive an email with a link to create your MyIEMA account.
You can use your email or membership number as your username and you’ll need to create your password when you first log in.
The system we use card payments is Stripe and you can check the error codes here - https://stripe.com/docs/error-codes.

You can pick up where you left off. Go to the membership levels page, click Join on your desired membership level, and you should be able to resume your application form.
If your membership is still active and you are unable to log in then there may be an issue with your log-in details. To reset your password click the 'Forgotten password?' link on the IEMA website and you will be sent an email to set up a new password. If this doesn't work, please contact our Membership and Standards Team at email@example.com
Make sure you have checked all your inboxes including your spam/junk folders. If you are still confident that you haven't received the email, please contact our Membership and Standards Team at firstname.lastname@example.org

Please send details of the email address with which you applied and the one which you would like to be attached to the account instead, to email@example.com and we will change this for you.
Please send details of your old email address and the new one which should be applied to the account to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will update your account for you.
Yes, you can do this yourself online within MyIEMA or send your old email address and the new one to our Membership and Standards Team at email@example.com.
