The South Hook Combined Heat and Power Plant Order 2014

The South Hook Combined Heat and Power Plant Order 2014 grants development consent for the planned plant of the same name and provides the associated authorisations to construct, operate and maintain the plant. Consent is granted for the generating station and infrastructure including water systems connected to the South Hook LNG terminal. Land is required to be set aside for possible carbon capture and storage in the future. Requirements are imposed on development work.
