The Environment and Rural Affairs (Miscellaneous Revocations) Regulations 2015 revoke 12 statutory instruments on water, animal environmental protection and agriculture as these are no longer relevant. One instrument (the Water (Compensation) Regulations 1983) is revoked in England and Wales, while the remainder are revoked in England.
