Regulation (EU) No 1342/2014 amends Regulation (EC) No 850/2004 on persistent organic pollutants. Further substances are added to Annex IV; the Regulation requires all reasonable efforts are taken to avoid contamination of waste with substances in this Annex. Part 2 of Annex V, which concerns permanent storage of contaminated waste, is updated accordingly.
