The Environment Act 1995 (Commencement No. 24) (Scotland) Order 2015 brings uncommenced amendments and repeals under the Environment Act 1995 into force in Scotland. Repeals include sections of the Control of Pollution Act 1974. Amendments are mainly minor, and establish regulatory powers and duties for SEPA.
