The government is asking participants in the Carbon Reduction Commitment Energy Efficiency (CRC) scheme to provide information on the administrative and financial costs of taking part.
DECC is keen to simplify the CRC when phase II starts, which is now due in 2013, and has asked KMPG to help identify the costs of participation before any changes are made.
All organisations taking part in the CRC are now being encouraged to fill in KPMG’s online survey, which went live yesterday and takes between 20-40 minutes to complete.
Participants are asked to detail time and costs split between various compliance activities and are advised to have their registration summary and footprint report to hand.
The survey will close on 31 August, for more information visit the Environment Agency website.
