The Water, Animals, Marine Pollution and Environmental Protection (Miscellaneous Revocations) Order 2015 revokes five orders that are no longer relevant. Legislation revoked includes that concerning code of practices for flood defence operating authorities and on compensation for fur farming.
Revocations apply in England only, with the exception of the revocation of the Water and Sewerage (Conservation, Access and Recreation) (Code of Practice) Order 1989, which applies to undertakers appointed wholly or mainly in England.
