The Scotland River Basin District (Standards) Directions 2014 provide criteria SEPA must apply to classify rivers, lochs, transitional water, coastal waters and groundwater-dependent wetland within this district. Criteria are divided into those for the assessment of biological, chemical and physiochemical environmental standards.
