The Plant Health (Scotland) Amendment Order 2014 prohibits the landing of elm (Ulmus) for planting unless pre-notified to an authorised inspector. Amendments also remove provisions concerning western corn rootworm (Diabrotica virgifera virgifera) due to the implementation of EU legislation concerning this pest.
