The Historic Environment Scotland Act 2014 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2015 brings sections of the Historic Environment Scotland Act 2014 into force, enabling the organisation to provide advice, information, assistance and guidance. Directions and regulations may be made concerning scheduled monuments and listed buildings. Further sections brought into force transfer staff and property from Historic Scotland and the Royal Commission on the Ancient and Historical Monuments of Scotland to the new organisation.
