The Environmental Damage (Prevention and Remediation) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 extend the environmental liability regime to include damage adversely affecting the environmental status of marine waters significantly. This reflects the implementation of Offshore Safety Directive (2013/30/EC) and associated revisions to the definition of water damage
