The Electricity Capacity Regulations 2015

The Electricity Capacity (Amendment) Regulations 2015 permits electricity interconnectors to participate in the market. The Electricity Capacity (Supplier Payment) Regulations 2014 are also amended to revise the settlement costs levy payable by suppliers to support the capacity market.
