Annex III of the Waste Framework Directive (2008/98/EC) defines properties of waste which shall render it hazardous. Regulation (EU) No 1357/2014 replaces this Annex to reflect revised classification criteria under the Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures (CLP) Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008. The names of four hazardous properties are updated to reflect the CLP Regulation.
