The European Chemicals Agency is consulting on various substances ahead of possible restrictions.
These are: nickel and its compounds and polycyclic-aromatic hydrocarbons, which may eventually be restricted – deadline 19 April; and 4,4’-isopropylidenediphenol and perfluorohexane-1-sulphonic acid and its salts, which are being scrutinised as possible substances of very high concern – deadline for feedback is 24 April.
The agency is also consulting on proposals for the harmonised classification and labelling of substances – deadline 28 April. They are: 2-methoxyethyl acrylate; branched hexatriacontane; diisooctyl phthalate; imiprothin; ipconazole; L-(+)-lactic acid; 2(S)-2-hydroxypropanoic acid; and margosa, ext.
