England legislation updates for May 2019.

The Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development, Advertisement and Compensation Amendments) (England) Regulations 2019 (SI 2019 No. 907) make various amendments to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (SI 2015 No. 596) with respect to enlarging dwelling houses, increasing the height limit of electrical upstands and outlets for recharging electric vehicles and various other matters. The 2019 Regulations also make amendments to the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) (England) Regulations 2007 (SI 2007 No. 783) and the Town and Country Planning (Compensation) (England) Regulations 2015 (SI 2015 No. 598).
