The session gave an opportunity to understand how sustainability and environment professionals are starting to achieve business progress on this important and challenging area of Climate Change Adaptation. Following short update on associated IEMA policy developments, the webinar presented some key outcomes and learning points from practice (identified in recent workshops with leading practitioners). It also looked forward towards guidance IEMA is developing on the business case Climate Change Adaptation context.

Climate Ready is the UK government's initiative to help businesses, communities and the environment adapt to a changing climate. As part of this, the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs is developing a National Adaptation Programme, which will set out the government's current actions and ambitions.
