December 2012 An EIA co-ordinator is the individual assigned responsibility for ensuring an EIA is undertaken effectively and efficiently; their role is much broader than project management and delivery.
The co-ordinator must gain a true overview of the development as a whole, including engineering design, information generated by the EIA is managed by the EIA co-ordinator who acts as a nexus to ensure the right information is available for project decisions at the time.
This webinar will explore how effective EIA co-ordinators increase quality of the EIA and design, identifying opportunities for environmental enhancements and mitigation, managing down risks to delivery and implement efficiencies and cost savings. This webinar is supported by presentations from the following EIA quality mark registrants
- Julie Powell, Black and Veatch
- Peter Whipp, RSK Environment Ltd
