This webinar provides an overview of the competencies and skills landscape for climate change adaptation. It helps attendees understand the knowledge and skills they need for robust assessments, planning and decision-making in relation to adaptation. This will leave them better placed to:
• access necessary knowledge and expertise
• identify their own and their teams’ development needs
• have confidence in their adaptation plans and disclosures
• meet the requirements of adaptation guidance or frameworks, such as ISO14090
The webinar also represents an opportunity to influence future IEMA work on skills for adaptation for the benefit of all environmental professionals.
