The next round of the IEMA Associate Open Book Assessment will take place in February 2012. This is an ideal opportunity for Graduate and Affiliate members to progress up the IEMA membership ladder, along the IEMA Skills Map , and achieve those new year ambitions.
Thousands of environmental pracitioners have successfully achieved Assosicate membership via this two-week distance exam. Now, the first Assessment round of 2012 could be key to Graduate and Associate members making the move up to the professionally recognised Associate level.
The deadline for registration is Friday 20th January 2012. Members who want to take part should register ahead of the assessment period which takes place between 6th and 20th February.
Upon registration, preparation becomes crucial so head to the Associate pages where helpful past papers can be found. Investing in a copy of the IEMA Handbook: Environmental Management in Organizations is also recommended.
The second edition of the IEMA Handbook was published in April 2011 so you can be sure that it covers up-to-date, relavant information that it has been given the IEMA stamp of approval. Many members who take the Associate Open Book Assessment find this book very useful and have gone on to use it as a reference source in their daily roles.
Click here to visit the IEMA Publications Shop where you can buy your own copy of the IEMA Handbook and claim an exclusive 15% discount (IEMA members only)!
Good luck!
