The Department for Transport has published its latest action plan, which sets out their commitments to delivering sustainable development. The report highlights what sustainable development means to DfT, sets out five broadly defined goals which capture the full range of government objectives that could be furthered by transport, reviews progress made against SDAP 2007 and outlines DfT's commitment to sustainable development in four broad categories including policy, operations, procurement and people.
