Department for Transport's (DfT's) latest campaign "Act on CO2" has been launched today. The campaign includes tips and advice on buying a new car, smarter driving tips, such as "pump up your tyres, don't rev your engine, don't overload your car and no idling". DfT's campaign is the first to be launched under the cross-Government brand "Act on CO2", aimed at giving the public useful information on how to help tackle climate change by reducing their individual carbon emissions.
