Will Lockhart is the joint head of Defra’s International Environment Negotiations team, with responsibility for the UK’s approach to a number of international conventions. He has held a range of posts across Government, including in Her Majesty’s Treasury where he was the lead on Government spending on the natural environment and agriculture.
