Sophie has worked in the UK, France, India and Australia over the past 15 years on a range of ecological and environmental management projects. Her work at Network Rail involves projects where habitats can be transformed either through creation, enhancement or restoration not only to deliver BNG but also social benefits for local communities. She enjoys participating in policy consultation and working group to shape new policies. She is also involved with plastic-free group and participate in youth environmental education through different initiatives as forming the next green generation is crucial.
