Sustainability Director for their Energy, Water and Environment Division
Becky McLean is Sweco UK’s Sustainability Director for their Energy, Water and Environment Division and is currently working with colleagues across the Sweco countries. In her current role for Sweco, Becky is responsible for driving sustainability for clients across projects (large and small) and working with colleagues to ensure sustainability is part of everything we do. Becky has worked in the environment and sustainability sector for nearly 20 years and is passionate about trying to make a difference. She supports a number of organisations including the IEMA, formerly sitting on their UK Impact Assessment Steering Group and as a voluntary board member of Everyone’s Edinburgh (https://everyonesedinburgh.org...). Alongside her work for Sweco, Becky is an advocate for equality and diversity and is involved in a number of initiatives that are seeking to diversify the environmental consultancy sector to help address the green skills gap.
