Patrick is a Senior Governance Advisor to the Board of the Environment Agency, ensuing good governance and appropriate decision making at the top of the organisation. He has worked at the Environment Agency for over 10 years, working in a variety of roles including waste regulation; environmental crime; habitat creation and construction; and spatial planning.

Patrick is also a Trustee for the Box Moor Trust, a 500-acre estate in Hertfordshire managed for conservation and improving environmental awareness and education for the local community.
