I am a recent graduate of MSc Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability from Birkbeck College, University of London. I graduated from this MSc in May 2022 with distinction. My background prior is in fashion retail buying - it was whilst working in this industry that the social and environmental impact of the fashion industry and all industries became starkly apparent to me and therefore led me on a path to work towards creating positive change within industry, starting wiht my MSc. I am currently employed as a Supply Chain Officer with Better Cotton, working with supply chain actors acorss the supply chain to ensure Chain of Custody standards are correctly implemented. I now hope to apply my knowledge and prior experiences to developing a career working to shift current business models within the fashion industry towards responsible and purposeful business and hope to develop my network to engage with other like minded professionals.
