An experienced operations and environmental professional, Ian is a Chemistry graduate of the University of Sheffield, a Chartered Environmentalist and qualified Senior Environmental Auditor. He leads International Synergies' NZC Scope 3 supply chain solution delivery and has nearly 20 years' experience of operations initially in the food & drink sector prior to joining ISL in 2007.
Ian's career has seen him in a diverse range of roles in the company in operations, project management and sustainability. He led a key part in ISL's groundbreaking national industrial symbiosis programme and has designed and delivered a range of cost and carbon reduction programmes for businesses in the UK and internationally.
