Heidi’s role is to help organisations understand their sustainability impact, implementing strategies to empower their people to deliver on the NHS Net zero and Social Value agendas.

Heidi has worked in this field for 17 years, she has experience in developing Resource action plans with DEFRA, collaborating with various Govt depts, implemented companywide ISO Management systems, sat on, and chaired various sustainability focus groups within trade bodies, nationally, internationally, and most importantly manages, develops, coaches and mentors' teams to deliver on their own aspirations.
