In addition to her role as Global Clinical Operations Quality and Compliance Senior Manager, Carly is a Business Sustainability Manager at Bayer. In this role, Carly coordinates and facilitates action on sustainability (environmental and societal) across the Bayer UK/Ireland organisation (Pharma, Consumer Health and Crop Science divisions) and in the global Clinical Development and Operations function. Carly's focus is on developing sustainability leadership, impact valuation, enhancing employee engagement with sustainability, and the carbon footprinting of clinical trials.
