Andy has over 20 years' experience in improving environmental management and sustainable performance in the construction and building materials sector. He has also spent time as an industrial regulation specialist for the Environment Agency.

Andy joined I M Properties in 2022 and is responsible for the implementation and delivery of our sustainability strategy 'Sustainable Futures'. In addition to delivering sustainable futures, he works closely with our delivery partners to ensure that the principles of sustainable development and net zero construction are delivered across our industrial, logistics and residential schemes.
