31st October 2023 - 12:00am

Building on the success of last year's Net Zero Festival, this year's edition will feature over 80 exhibitors, showcasing how to accelerate the net zero transition, and will offer a number of different stages, each providing content on the inspirational messaging, practical actions, cross-industry connections, and best-in-class showcases that can help advance the net zero transition.

We want this event to make a difference, to inspire creative ways to tackle the climate crisis, to celebrate real examples of action that is already making a difference, and most crucially, to connect organisations and people who can accelerate the progress we all want to see.

This year Sarah Mukherjee, CEO, and Ben Goodwin, Director of Policy and Public Affairs will be speaking at the event.

Sarah will be participating in the following fireside chat: “Do Better: The Role of Business in Fostering Diversity and Inclusion in Sustainability Teams” from 12.15 to 12:30 on 31st of October.

Ben will be hosting the following workshop: “The Skills to Pay the Bills: A Workshop on Bridging the Net Zero Skills Gap” from 11:30 to 12:20 on 31st of October.

On the 31st October from 14:00 to 15:00, IEMA will also be holding a tea and coffee meet up for members and non-members as hosted by Victoria Chater-Lea, regional chair of the London & South East network. If you want to meet with other like-minded sustainability and environmental professionals and form new relationships then this meet up is for you. Come find us in the Engage Zone, on the ground floor of the exhibition.
