1st July 2021 - 9:00am - 9:45am

This session is aimed at those with little or no knowledge of preparing and submitting tenders. Drawing on practical bidding experience from real-life situations, Simon Hubbard will take us through tips and tricks which can help you to prepare and assemble compelling bids. Sometimes it really is the simple stuff that makes a big difference and the session will include an introduction to:

• Capturing and understanding clients’ needs in advance

• Building a plan of attack around the rules of the game

• Planning responses before we write to maximum scores

• Responding with clear, concise and attention-grabbing text

• Using effective graphics to support our communication

• Taking the pain out of the review process (well, some of it!)

This webinar is exclusive to IEMA member and webinar accounts for 1 hour of CPD.
