A series of co-ordinated EIA consultations was launched across the UK in Mid-December by DCLG, DEFRA, Scottish, Welsh and Northern Irish Governments. The consultations set out how many of the UK’s EIA regimes will transpose the 2014 amendments to the EU EIA Directive.
