Cara Davidson will present details of PAN 1/2013, which has been developed to support the implementation in practice of more effective and efficient EIA through the Scottish planning system.
William Carlin will present on the new SEA Guidance, which replaces the SEA Toolkit. The new guidance offers practical advice for experienced practitioners, whilst ensuring that those new to the assessment process are provided with the core principles and regulatory requirements.
