How can we best communicate on Climate Change?
What’s the best way to “sell” the need for action? Do we stick to scientific facts, and potentially scare people? Do we paint a positive future, which might inspire? Do we have a dream, or a nightmare and how do we navigate this challenge?
We were joined by a panel of three expert practitioners who use a range of tactics to get the message across. The session was chaired by Richard Smith, IEMA Fellow and sustainability lead for the BBC, and with presentations from Tricia Duffy, Strategy Advisor at ALBERT and Laura Hunter, Creative Director, Futerra.
This webinar is suitable for all IEMA membership grades and especially for members active on climate change engagement or looking to embed climate action into wider organisational approaches and strategies.
