With funding from the Big Lottery Fund and the Scottish Government, the community-led 'Going Carbon Neutral Stirling' project is aiming to transform Stirling into the UK's first carbon neutral city. The project will work from the grassroots up, and engage with local businesses to bring about significant change in the behaviour of every Stirlingshire resident to reduce their carbon footprint and tackle the growing threat of climate change.
