New Ipsos–Mori Research: Conservative Green Agenda

To mark the recent release of the Conservative Party's Quality of Life Policy Review Ipsos-Mori have today released the results of new survey work. Key findings include: Eco-taxation and the Polluter Pays is backed in principle; Major ideas from the Quality of Life Policy Review find public support - backing for green homes taxing gas guzzlers and moratorium on airport expansion; the public is evenly split on VAT on short haul flights but parking charges at out of town shopping centres are considered a step too far.
