The European Reference Point for Technology Transfer for Sustainable Development in Hamburg, Germany (http://www.tutech.de/sd) is pleased to announce a call for contributions for a major publication addressing the issue of sustainability communication in the Baltic and beyond: the "Handbook of Sustainability Communication". The Handbook will report, document and disseminate experiences, projects and practical initiatives related to sustainability communication performed by non-government agencies, international organisations, practitioners and universities both in industrialised and developing nations, offering a picture of the state-of-the art in the field across the world. It is envisaged that around 50 initiatives will be documented in the "Handbook of Sustainability Communication". This authoritative publication will offer a one-stop information source on leading initiatives on sustainability communication and it is hoped to both support on-going efforts and stimulate new ones. It will address a long-perceived need for a source of reference for top quality materials dedicated to sustainability communication. This book will be a further contribution to the UN Decade of Education for Sustainable Development. Further details are available from http://www.projekte.org/handbook
