Rebecca Shadlock is a Technical Director for the Environment and Sustainability at Mott MacDonald based in Newcastle. An experienced environmental professional with eighteen years work experience.

Rebecca started her career with the Environment Agency and progressed to work in petrochemicals, manufacturing and construction and is currently working for a global engineering, development and management consultancy.

Rebecca is a natural leader and is focused on adding value and working collaboratively to deliver business priorities whilst minimising environmental impact and delivering sustainable outcomes.
