I am a Membership and Standards Team officer and have been with the company for just over 2 years. My main duties include being the main administrator for Practitioner membership and assessments and collating insight to help improve our potential and existing members journey with IEMA. My focus is to give an overall customer service experience which I see as a must.
My career spans over 20 years with a combination of Customer Service, Finance, and credit control.
My hobbies and interests are reading, meeting up with friends to socialise and walking my dog Reggie.
