Head of Membership Operations
I joined IEMA in March 2022 to look after the Membership & Standards team. I am responsible for delivering a quality experience for our members (both existing and potential) through leadership of the membership services team. My career has always been focused on customer service from front-line call handler through to a leader of multi-site international contact centre operations. I have worked in a number of different industry sectors, including banking, digital marketing, wireless broadband and Islamic finance, and always with the same goal of enhancing the end-user experience.
Outside of work, I am keen photographer, a volunteer school governor and an avid (if, at times, exasperated) follower of the England cricket team.
