About Tony

I'm a senior project consultant in the Sustainability Team at Ethos and a specialist in sustainable built environment. My main work is on LEED and BREEAM accreditation for major construction projects, but also providing wider ESG and sustainability consultancy to clients in construction and real estate. I've a strong interest using Life Cycle Analysis (embodied carbon) and Circular Economy to reduce the impacts of construction projects, and have successfully brought these approaches into projects.

About Owen

Owen Cahill is a is a Chartered Environmentalist with over 15 years' experience in the Environmental Management and Construction Industries in the Republic of Ireland (ROI). He has worked in Environmental Management and consultancy for over 9 years’. His experience ranges from environmental impact assessment for renewable energy development, public services and infrastructure projects, the extractive industry as well as public and private residential development. He has also worked in the area of environmental compliance management and audit of developments during construction and operation. Having recently joined the IEMA Impact Assessment Steering Group, Owen has previously served on the ROI Steering Group working on the growth of networking between environmental professionals and helping to develop IEMA membership in Ireland.

I am a sustainability enthusiast currently working as an Environmental Specialist on infrastructure projects in an engineering/environmental company. I am interested in interactions between planning, development and environmental sustainability. I am a member of IEMA since 2019.

A sustainability professional with over 8 years experience who has worked in a range of industries, including construction, energy and public sector. Expertise in Net Zero, sustainability strategy, sustainable procurement and management systems.

About Edwina

Edwina White is the Consenting and Environment Manager for DP Energy’s Offshore Ireland portfolio. Edwina joined DP Energy in 2020 with more than 10 year’s global experience in the renewable energy industry. Edwina is a chartered Environmental Scientist (C.Env) with the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA) and is highly experienced in environmental appraisal having developed Environmental Impact Assessment Reports from both developer-side and consultant-side. Edwina is skilled in project management having led the development of wind and solar projects in the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Chile, South Africa and in Asia. Her areas of expertise also encompass land contract negotiation and stakeholder management. Edwina has also specialised in the development and implementation of Project Controls aligned with Project Management Institute (PMI) principles as well as in the development and implementation of Environmental Management Systems aligning with ISO 14001.

A Environmental Advisor and Chartered Environmentalist working for Costain in Republic of Ireland. My experience and interests include Environmental Management Systems, responsible sourcing, sustainability strategy development and implementation and project management.

About Aoibhin

Over the last decade I have worked on projects across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Australasia with a particular focus on facilitating sustainable development and advancing city and climate change resilience. I have managed and contributed to a range of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Health Impact Assessment (HIA), Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA), social, socio-economic, population, land use and climate change assessments, resilience and sustainability studies, environmental and social due diligence for infrastructure and masterplans. I have also supported the formulation of strategic and planning policy on behalf of local and central government for housing, active transport, green infrastructure and climate change adaptation.

Lianne is a highly qualified, sustainability professional with a proven ability to inspire and motivate others to deliver transformational change. Lianne leads the Environmental Sustainability team within GRAHAM and is responsible for developing and driving the GRAHAM Environmental Sustainability and Climate Action Strategies. Lianne has a demonstrated understanding of the built environment and is skilled in developing innovative solutions and influencing others toward positive change. Lianne is a Chartered and Full member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA) and possesses an excellent working knowledge of industry wide environmental and energy standards.

About Eadaoin

I am an Architect and Planner, with a background working in a range of built environment sectors including housing, international development, and conservation. I completed an MSc in Sustainable Planning and Environmental Management in 2021. My current role is as an Architectural Advisor in the Residential Construction Cost and Innovation Unit of the Irish Government's Dept of Housing, Local Government and Heritage working specifically on implementation of the Housing for All plan. We are looking at a wide range of sustainability issues related to construction and housing development, in collaboration with other Government Depts, agencies and industry and professional bodies, including innovation in construction to reduce waste and improve productivity.
