Based at Suffolk County Council, David works as the Climate Emergency Programme Manager, working with stakeholders across the county and region towards the aim of a carbon neutral Suffolk.

As a member of the committee he is motivated to improve the regional membership and voice.

A member of IEMA since 2009, he currently holds Full and CEnv. status.
