Professional Standards Manager

I joined IEMA in July 2022 as Professional Standards Manager. I am responsible for developing and maintaining IEMA’s professional standards, ensuring that our processes, practices, ethics and behaviours are consistent and adhered to by our members. I will also oversee the quality assurance of our processes relating to memberships, training, assessments and external partners.

Previously, I worked in the Digital Learning sector for over 15 years, starting as an eLearning developer to leading a team responsible for the full end-to-end development, quality assurance and maintenance of eLearning courses that were deployed around the world. I will be utilising my experience in learning to help identify and develop new training courses for the IEMA training portfolio.
