Alisa has worked in the energy industry for over 20 years; and at BP for 18 of those supporting upstream and petrochemical activities refining her abilities in HSE management systems. Her most recent role was managing the environmental performance and risk in an LNG joint venture.

Alisa has built value for the business through deep technical expertise, by her ability to build relationships and encourage collaboration, and her commitment to the development of people.

Alisa has Practitioner Certification with IEMA and is an Associate Safety Professional with BCSP.
