This webinar looked at Learning Outcome 12: Delivering Sustainable Solutions, with Sustainability Specialist Peter Watts FIEMA CEnv.

In this webinar which supports the IEMA Associate and Practitioner standards and their associated training, we looked at Delivering Sustainable Solutions – Learning Outcome 12: Deliver projects and programmes that achieve performance improvement.

This element of the standard is very practical and focusses on what many practitioners are responsible for, or have a significant part to play in reality – that is implementing meaningful long-lasting change in organisations

This webinar looked at real-life case studies which include a long-term vision for sustainability, developing the business case – financial and otherwise, the use of project management techniques and the vital role of engaging with your wider value chain – with a focus on procurement and contracting as they commonly can be a vital component of improving performance.

This webinar counts for 1 hour of CPD.
