Yorkshire & Humberside: Navigating Sustainability in a Changing Work Landscape

Thursday 22nd May | 11:45AM - 1:00PM BST

Join Yorkshire & Humberside for an engaging webinar on The Green Workplace Revolution: Navigating Sustainability in a Changing Work Landscape.

The world of work has transformed dramatically in recent years, with hybrid and remote working becoming the new normal for many organisations. But what are the real implications of this shift for corporate sustainability, carbon footprints, and employee wellbeing?

At first glance, reduced commuting and lower office energy consumption appear to be clear environmental wins. However, the transition to home-based work also introduces new challenges, such as dispersed energy usage, hidden environmental impacts, and the shifting of responsibility for sustainability from employers to employees.

This webinar will explore these complex issues and spark meaningful conversations about what a truly sustainable workplace looks like in today’s evolving landscape.

Ecosystems are increasingly under threat from five major drivers of biodiversity loss:

  • Climate change
  • Pollution
  • Invasive alien species
