The Wildlife and Natural Environment (Scotland) Act 2011 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2011 brings a number of provisions of the Wildlife and Natural Environment (Scotland) Act 2011 into force on 29 June. It also brings s.34 of the Act into force on
1 August 2011.
